On January 1, 2009, the final phase of the RTKL went into effect. Legal residents of the United States, including a person with a green card, can request a record. You can make a request four ways: mail, fax, e-mail or in person. The request must be sufficiently specific to allow our office to identify what you are seeking. Please fill out the request form and return it to our Right To Know Officer at RTK@helpstopfraud.org. You may also fax the completed form to (717) 975-9089 or mail it to IFPA, 6 Kacey Court, Suite 101, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
