The IFPA released the PA Fraud Stories for the third quarter of
2009. End-of-year projections anticipate a 23% increase in new complaints of insurance fraud in 2009 over 2008 – a jump of 53% over 2007. Is this the crest or just the first waves of a recession-driven insurance fraud Tsunami?
